Music director Vijay Anthony turned a hero with the Tamil film Naan. In fact, earlier he was seen making a cameo appearance in a couple of films like Kizhakku Kadarkarai Salai and TN 07 AL 4777 before debuting as hero with Naan which was released in Telugu as Nakili.) With several successful films to his credit, including Nakili, Dr.Salim, Bichchagadu, Bethaludu and Yaman, the actor is looking forward to star in a direct Telugu film.
After the success of the film Bichchagadu, Vijay Anthony has realized the importance of Telugu film market. This success has prompted the actor to explore the Telugu film industry as well. Vijay Anthony is said to have appointed a Telugu tutor so that he can master the language. The actor is keen in delivering his best and for this, he felt that learning the language is a must. Reports have it that he will dub for himself in his upcoming Telugu movies. The film actor is certainly going to be one of the promising heroes from Tamil film industry who made an impressive market here in Telugu.
Meanwhile, the actor is currently busy shooting for a film titled as Annadurai, and Vijay Antony is planning to mouth Telugu lines in close-up shots for the movie. All the other Tamil heroes have learned the language and now it's the time for Vijay to learn the language to stay connected with the Telugu media and audiences which would be vital for his career's growth.
Vijay Antony will be seen playing a dual role in the film Annadurai, and will be directed by newcomer Srinivasan. After he is done with this film, he is expected to focus on the full-length Telugu project.
