Action hero Gopichand’s new project, which marks his 25th film, was launched on Sunday morning at Rama Naidu Studios in Hyderabad. Directors V.V. Vinayak, Bobby, Gopichand Malineni, producers Dil Raju, BVSN Prasad were present to wish the team. In the event, which began with a formal pooja ceremony, V.V. Vinayak sounded the clapboard for the first shot on the lead pair.
The film stars Mehreen Pirzada as the romancing lady of Gopichand. The movie marks the directorial debut of K Chakravarthi while featuring the music of Gopi Sundar. Chakri had earlier worked as a writer for several big budget movies. He has scripted a racy action thriller for Gopichand. Young beauty Mehreen is the film’s leading lady. 'Bengal Tiger' producer K.K. Radhamohan is bankrolling the movie under Sri Sathya Sai Arts banner.
On the other side, Gopichand’s ‘Oxygen’ is getting ready to be in theatres soon and Mehreen Pirzada’s ‘Jawaan’ is scheduled for a December 1 release.
